    • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

    • Have an active infection at the injection site

    • Are taking certain medications that interact with neuromuscular agents

  • All procedures involving needles can be uncomfortable for some people. Usually trapezius treatment is very well tolerated with minimal pain or discomfort.

    • Disclose all medications, supplements and medical conditions.

    • Avoid blood-thinning agents (aspirin, NSAIDs, certain supplements) only where and when clinically advised—do not stop any medication without your prescriber’s approval.

    • Arrive with clean skin at the treatment site.

    • Minor soreness and bruising are common for 24–72 hours.

    • Avoid strenuous upper-body exercise for 48–72 hours or until advised.

    • Follow-up appointment offered to assess response and plan any maintenance (may require additional dosing at this time)
